Holistic Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching is a body-mind-spirit-Mother Earth approach to nutrition and lifestyle that takes into account the individual as a whole (whole-istic). Once I’ve assessed a person’s eating and lifestyle habits my approach is personalized to the individual’s needs and goals. If an individual is seeking to overcome a health concern, then I seek to uncover the root cause. As a Holistic Practitioner I know that there aren’t cookie cutter solutions to unique concerns. An assessment involves looking more closely at the following areas:
BODY: Health history, lifestyle habits, eating habits, physical environment, physical stressors MIND: thoughts, patterns, and beliefs about food and eating, eating and lifestyle habits, mental stressors SPIRIT: food gratitude, energetic connection to food, assessing one’s natural intuitive guidance MOTHER EARTH – sustainable eating, environmental toxins, environmental waste
