MaRe’SAh is dedicated to the upliftment of the human spirit through the re-connection of the energies of the womb and heart. As a Reiki Master and Holistic Nutritionist with a diploma in Massage Therapy, training and certification in Holistic Counselling, Wellness Coaching, Women's Qigong, and the Rites of the Munay-Ki, MaRe’SAh coaches women along their body, mind, and spirit wellness journey and supports them in opening up to self-love. She believes that true healing occurs only when we nurture all aspects of the Self – both our inner and outer worlds. MaRe’SAh offers practical guidance that helps to empower women to be able to tackle their personal wellness goals. As a clairvoyant, clairaudient, and spiritual channeller she often receives intuitive and channelled messages beneficial to her clients’ needs.
