Thought Pattern Awareness™ is a type of dialogue that uses specific questions which help to bring about greater awareness of the thoughts and feelings keeping you stuck in old patterns.
Certain patterns of thought are often the root cause of mental stress or physical illness. Your increased awareness of those patterns will aide you on your healing journey. Thought Pattern Awareness™ is an effective means to help you get to the root of your cyclical patterns and limiting beliefs.
This method goes beyond treating a person for their physical or mental symptoms, but rather it addresses the underlying thread that runs between the spirit, the mind, and the body. Increased awareness and understanding of yourself will empower you to recognize the root of your problems. Only then will your healing journey truly begin. Thought Pattern Awareness™ gives you the tools to help you help yourself and allows you to realize that you already have the answers to your questions.
What is a session like?
At the start of a session your primary concerns will be addressed and your needs and goals will be assessed. During a session your attention will be brought back to your own words - within them you will discover repeat phrases, words, thoughts and ideas and we will explore their meaning to you. Upon completion of a session, clients may be given a variety of suggested "homework" based on their individual needs. Homework may include worksheets to fill out, journal writing, books or articles to read, non-religious rituals to perform, podcasts or audio meditations to listen to, etc.
